Service Description

PlanMyCareer.ai is a career guidance platform offering career exploration tools, structured roadmaps, college/exam information, comparison tools, and paid one-on-one counseling services for Indian students and parents.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during signup and onboarding. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform (parental consent required for users under 18).

Counseling Services

Our counseling sessions provide guidance and recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes. Career decisions remain your responsibility. Session prices are displayed before booking and payment. Counselor assignment is handled internally — users do not select specific counselors in Phase 1.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Booking confirmation depends on successful payment. Cancellation requests must be made via the Contact/Support page. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Assessment / Fingerprint Consultation Disclaimer

The assessment/fingerprint consultation is an exploratory consultation service, not a medical or scientifically guaranteed diagnostic. It uses assessment tools as a starting point for understanding learning patterns and interests. Results should be interpreted as guidance, not definitive conclusions.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data on PlanMyCareer.ai is owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PlanMyCareer.ai provides information and guidance to the best of our ability but does not guarantee specific career outcomes, exam results, or college admissions.
